motor turn over

the motor turned over freely by hand on the master pulley when i didnt install the roller rockers, now that I installed all the roller rockers its hard to turn the motor over (by hand) im assuming its normal but its bothering me.. also does anyone know what size the bolt is for the master pulley? the one that i put a socket on?

i assume u mean the bolt that acutally goes into the crank, and i believe it is either 13/16 or 15/16, but i do believe it is 15/16, anywho, yes the motor will be hard to turn over b/c u will now have compression and air moving in and out of the engine
