motorsport rpm extender

I need instructions on how to adjust the air fuel ratio and for that matter the rpm as well
I have bought this car from my best friends parents (cancer at 42) its not fair!
anyway I went to a dyno today and wow 547hp at the crank
but here is the problem the motor started to lean out at 5400rpm I bumped up the fuel pressure to 78psi but the run got worse

vortec R trim 15-18 lbs boost
TFS old style heads/bread box upper / gt40 lower /proM mass air/75mm bbk throttle /42lbs injectors (they have a green line around them but i don't know who makes them and if they are 42 lbs)
ok thats enough to get the idea The fuel pump i am not sure
the dyno rep stoped the test after the second run because the fuel leaned out worse. The 1st run started the fuel pressure 62lbs the fuel ratio was 13.0 all the way to 5400 rpm and then peak off the chart the test run only went to 6000rpm
well the dyno rep said that i need to test the injectors (pulse)/maybe a bigger fuel pump.

I have a second pump (it's the same pump! back-up) I will hook it up with the current one in line and see if the fuel pressure will maintain 60 psi when I go into Boost
I will send pictures and let you know how everything goes

I have an acesses(i dont think that's the correct name) pump /fram fuel filter aftermarket / the fuel lines are 3/8 ID with a cartech fuel regulator feeding aftermarket fuel rails/now Iam not sure but I think the injectors are 42lbs they are black with a green line around them i can see serial #'s but no name.
