Mounting 65 mustang console automatic shift plate assembly

Need help on how to mount the 65 mustang console automatic shift plate assembly.
The previous owner took it apart and I can’t find anything on the net on how to put it back together. Does anyone have any pics or a diagram on how to put it back together?
Thanks

The piece on the left is upside-down.

It goes beneath the letters and symbols. The holes are windows for the light to shine through. I believe piece needs to be flipped so that the hole that is not on the arc goes below the "P" and the arc is a crest rather than a trough.
