Hi,

unlike many other here whose MRT H-Pipes leak at the header flanges, mine leaks at the connection where the two parts meet.
As you know, the MRT H comes in two sections, which slip together tightly and form the H.

Is a slight leaking down there normal? How can it be stopped?

Thanks,
Blumi

what about some high temp silicone? i have use that on cars before on the exhaust, just put it over the leak, be generous, and then put a metal pipe clamp over it, like the really wide ones at the plumbing section at lows. Doesnt have to be heavy duty, just enough to reinforce the silicone. if you dont have cats to worry about, just get the really high temp stuff, i dont think its sensor safe, and use it.like i said, always worked for me as long as it has time to set and is pressed. anyone else tried that?
