Mustang 03 air conditioner

My air conditioner never blowed really cold air i can put it on the max cold and strength and still doesnt cool much and i was going to try to charge my air conditioner and i was wondering if my 03 mustang takes an r-12 or R-134A and which product would you guys recommend for me to charge it

can you tell me where the low pass port is located i am between 2 and i am not sure which it is

yea i know its there but there is 2 ports there is the high and the low but i confused which is which i think the black cap is the low and the green cap is the high and thanks
