Mustang Computer Question

Need a little help understanding the Mustang CPU. Quick easy question. When you reset the computer, thus resesetting the trouble codes, if something hasn't been fixed will it be flagged again? The reason why I ask is that I got a code 44 & 94, so I went through the air system like jrichker suggested but couldn't find anything that wasn't working. Just want to make sure that if there is a problem it will be flagged again so I can keep trouble shooting. While on the topic what else can you check to fix code 44 and 94. I have checked the air pump, downstream valves and vacuum control to the valves.

Yes. If there is still a problem the codes will come back after you flash the comp.

As for the codes you need to see if you have vaccum at the control valves, make sure the control valves aren't leaking the vaccum. Also see if you have a constant 12V at the control valves and that the computer sends a ground out to the valves at the proper time.

If it's not the actual parts, it could be wires or connections. The computer won't know the difference.
