Evansville, about 3 hrs south of Indy. Quiet the haul from where you are.. You know of any mustang shows around this area?? I sold my 93 lx hatch about 2 yrs ago and I miss it like crazy!!! Me and a buddy are finishing up a turbo build in his 89 gt so I'm sure once that thing is done I will have another one sittin in my driveway!

as far as i kno there are never any mustang specific shows, there are a few local car shows that get my family to show up...but then most shows get taken away, there were 2 shows that were supposed to happen annually but only happened once its crap really is.... got real excited about wfc10 when it came through, my engine was blown up so we put in some real long hours tryin to get it together to show up to that thing that was really enjoyable..., my goal was to have the turbo on the car by wfc 10 but that fell through....

what turbo did u go with on the 89 and what engine?

I'd love a new Vette.... and you'd be lying if you said you didn't.... but it's way more than I can afford. Shoot... I could sell my 67 for 25k and that's not even half a new Vette!!

One thing I've learned thru the years is not to be so incredibly brand loyal. Park these two side by side, brand new.... and I gotta take the two seater. Would I take the GT500 over a vette? Yes....

But I'd take a Z06 over a GT500... it's just a different class of car.

I'm simply being honest.... =)

We have the 5.0 nod around here, most of the mustang guys be it Vintage, fox, SN, new edge or new are pretty cool and will throw a wave/pointer finger or the nod.
