Mustang GT 2004

I have a brake issue, its getting a little dangerous. I have replaced calipers, pads, rotors etc. and my problem is one of my rear wheels seems to lock up occasionally and send me nearly sideways, the first time i did 2 or 3 donuts on a exit ramp doing a little under posted limit. Now im more prepared but its still dangerous and i can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

brakes locking up and not releasing is a symptom of:
  • a kinked or blocked brake line
  • A binding/seized calipers piston
  • binding emergency brake cable such that it's not fully releasing
  • Binding slid pins
  • bad Master cylinder
  • bad ABS control module
If this were my car I would perform a through visual inspection of all hard brake lines. Look for evidence of external damage.

Is it the same wheel each time? Does it matter if its going straight or cornering? At the start of braking or towards the middle/end? Any commonality in the conditions that occur during the incident is what I am trying to get at. Should be able to disable the ABS easily to see if it makes a difference and do the visual inspection mentioned above.
