Mustang Madness??????

Hey guys, I was really disappointed that I couldn't make it to Mustang Madness at MAM this year but I was still looking forward to hearing how it went. After that weekend the thread just disappeared. Did ANYONE go? Was it a graveyard with just Khyron and Timeless dukin' it out by themselves? How about a track day report?

Well, I thought the cost was pretty good for a weekend at the road course. I pay $95 a day at Hallet so $200 for the weekend was fine. I think travel costs were the big one for everybody but there's nothing we can do about that.

I REALLY wanted to attend but I just had too many things going on with starting a new job and all. I'm afraid that if the attendance was really low that there won't be an event at all next year. I've gotten tired of the Shelby meet in Tulsa every June. Too little track time with too many people who are in the way. If there's a Mustang Madness next year I'll do it instead of the Shelby meet. I just hope that my failure to show didn't contribute to killing it for good.

*****!!!!!!! Any word on a event next year? I called and cancelled a week before the event and they said it was no big deal but I'm guessing that that was the mood before they knew what was going down.
