does anyone know a shop out here in las vegas that specializes in mustangs???

Call Nevarez Racing Products(formerly Combination Motorsports) and they should know all the reputable Mustang shops around the LV area.

LOL -- Isn't Shelby located out there? Word is they make a badass Mustang....

Shelby is out there at the Las Vegas Speedway. Silver State Mustangs is on North Nellis. There's another guy in Green Valley that used to be on the westside. His shop was DynoTech or DynoPerform or some **** like that. There aren't a whole lot of good shops there but the local chapter of MCA has some pretty good techs that could push you in the right direction.
