this dick advertised a part for a 5.0, i sent him money, he gave me the run around for about 2 months now after 4+ months just wont respond,
if anyone can help me please pm me and let me know how you can help me, this is bs that people like this are on this website, and i cant take this crap anymore

There is nothing you can do. I went through this already. I even had police knocking on his door (in another state) but they said they actually couldn't do anything but try to scare him. Jurisdictional limbo is the problem. Selling things on the internet across state lines in a fraudulent manner is basically unprosecutable crime at this point. Sounds like a job for a baseball bat.
