mustangs with stripes..?? anyone

I will try and post some pictures tomorrow... I have a white 2000 GT with black mach 1 stripes down it. It came on the car when I bought it, and at the time I didnt really it. However, after having the car for awhile my opinion has changed for two reasons: A. I get a lot of compliments on the striping B. I have yet to see another GT with it.

you can get the idea....spring edition stripes

Purchased from Graphic Expresss (http://www.graphic-express.com). It is the Dual LeMans Stripe kit (covers hood, roof, trunk, and spoiler) with the Valence extensions (covers the back of the trunk, rear bumper, and front bumper). Side stripes are also from Graphic Express.

I would provide some differnet pics of the stripes, but I no longer have them on the car. I've pulled them in preparation for the hood and rear bumper repaint.

Not sure about your area, but I see tons of new stangs with 2 wide stripes running down the middle. not that being 'original' is much of an arguement with mustangs, but a thought to consider..

I was contemplating stripes for a while too..

EDIT: i was going to post some pics I had gathered, but can't seem to find them. Sorry..

There was a nice Black 05-06 GT facing me at the opposites light today and he had the 2 weight stripes running up the middle of his car. We were staring each others cars down. It looked nice but my car sounded better:D

anyone have these?

Hey Urban96, I have the silver reflective version of those on my car. They look really good, but be careful if you get them. Mine got a little too much exposure to acid rain and they have spots on them that will not come out. I will probably end up replacing them.

stripes pwn.

right now theyre laying down pepper grey and gonna tape off for the metallic black stripes later today. im hoping project eleanor is finished in a few days, cause i miss driving her.

ill post some pics when its all done.

Only problem with stripes is if you put them on and leave them on too long and later decide you want to take them off, you may have sun-dyed stripes into the car. Just something to be aware of. Decals often leave sun-dyed marks after long periods of time.
