can't remember the back spacing to be honest I'd have to measure them again. They are Edelbrock 454's basically made for this application so yeah they're about perfect, but are to my knowldege discontinued. Thanks for the compliment

I still am working on a few set for you guys. My friend just takes forever on everything.

None at all, but also I have very limited driving time in the car since they were put on so I can't say 100 % for sure. My suspension is soooooo stiff it takes a pretty big bump to push the front end down period. And if it did it would have to be while turning sharply to rub b/c my tires sit perfectly just inside the fender lip.

Thanks, I have the polished chrome 16" 454's on my 65 but am having major issues(could be original springs). I'll have to post some pics and get some info from ya'll.

Just to tell you, you can run a blowthrough carb setup and turbocharge it with GREAT SUCCESS... head over to www.turbomustangs.com , quite a few folks over there have 500+hp beast that are street driving with a cheapo 650cfm holley carb with a few mods done to it. Those guys over there know their stuff.

man that'll look really sweet when finished. That hood definitely looks better the the El hood, and I think it works better with the El valance.
