my 71 ???

The thing that happens alot is confusing the 428 with a 429. About the only thing similar between them is the number of cylinder and firing order .

A little late

Don't part out that 302 coupe.Remove one of the fenders and you will find the original serial number stamped in the metal over the shock tower.
Take that number and call marti auto works and have them do a search.Around 45 bucks.
I have assembly manuals that show a boss 302 decal for the 71 mustang. You never know.

What about the possibility that the fenders are not original and came off a BOSS?
