My boss is seriously trying to fire me....

Ok I need to give you some background. First off, my boss is a stupid lazy bitch.
Now for the story.
I work at Sherwin-Williams. One of my friends also worked there up untill Monday. he graduated and got another job. Then theres Fat Girl. She goes to college just like me and we both ended up with the same schedule. M-W-F mornings. I will admit that she had the schedule first but that really shouldnt matter. I am trying to change my shcedule to Tuesday and Thurs mornings cause they NEED someone to work on MWF mornings. I have been working there for over two years. Fat Girl hasnt even been there even one year. But my boss loves her so basically she gets all the special treatement.

I recently found out that my boss is going to schedule me to work on MWF regardless of when I have class and if i dont show up I get written up. After 3 write ups, Im fired.

Ok, rewind to about 3 weeks ago when we found out that my buddy got another job. I told my boss that I had a buddy that was interested. Well after she got all his info, including his schedule, she hired him and he stats Monday. His schedule is Pretty much MWF mornings too. So basically she knew that the two people they had at the time had the same schedule, so she should get someone who would be able to work MWF mornings. Well nope. She just hires him knowing full and well that ALL of our schedules are the same.

So basically what can i do about this? If she actually DOES try and pull that **** Im going to call the DM (who hates her BTW) and Ill get him invpolved if I need to.

But for now im still trying to change my schedule.

thats not an option. I do not feel like getting another job and learning the ropes. I like the job I have and its a good one for a part time job.

But anyway, I called the old Assistant manager who is not a store manager in another store. Me and him are pretty good friends and he told me that she CANNOT do that. its not up to her to fire me. She just thinks Ill tkae it and not say anything about it. he told me that if she tries to pull that **** to call him and we will contact the DM.

A logical person would have hired someone Tues/Thur availability. This is the problem with H/S and college jobs; your supervisors are usually people who weren't smart enough to get a real job.

I would just start looking for another job. If you can change your schedule, maybe she'll ease up on you. But I think the last thing you want is to call the DM; because unless he fires or transfers her, you'll still have to deal with a pissed off boss.

Well she knew that we all had conflicting schedules. But she hired him anywa because she it too lazy to actually interview people and find the right person.

Im not going to look for another job unless I absolutely HAVE to. Im still trying to change my shcedule but the school website is down ATM so I cant do jack.

And me and her never did get along in the first place. its not really the fact that i want to keep my job, its mainly that I want to teach her that she cant do this to people. She does whatever she wants and always gets away with it because noone ever argues against it.

Ive pretty much said "**** her" and tommorrow Im calling the DM and opting for a trasnfer to another store. I Just dont want to work with this bitch any more.

and if she flashed you that sexual harassment. you should report it, even though it sounds stupid cause who wouldn't like to see titties at work even from fat girls.
but in corporate thats a law suit you can slap the company with and her in a heart beat. she will be removed.

my first job was at a clothing store in a mall, and i dealt with something similar. there was this on girl who just became an assit. manager and thougth her **** didn't stink, and she was a buttaface. and she had a personal problem with the other assit manager who was a kick ass down to earth black man. i'll never forget him it was such an awesome experience to work with him. her on the other hand total ****. both of thier shifts would over lap, or on weekend they would be working together with other workers like myself and some really smoking broad. and she would always complain that corey did something worng, but them the DM or manager would ask the other people that worked that day and would get a different story.
she wanted to get him out of the way so she could be next in line if a managers position came up cause he had more time in than her. well one day it was just me and her working and it was a really slow day like no one came into the store. all day she mouth off about this dumb guy and how he's all on her **** and try out clothes and model for me. by the way i wanted to tie a rope around her neck that day. and to top it off she couldn't count it took 3 hours that day to close the register. which i had to count the money and make sure it was right cause it was 12:30 at night and we were still in the store. well like a week later she threaten to sue the company cause she claimed that corey and me sexual harassed her. mind you i was 17 at the time. big **** went down, corporate suit came to the store to talk to everybaody one by one etc... when they got to me i shut this bitch up.
a. i told them to check the tape of the day from a week earlier when she couldn't count and i had to do it. she can get fired just for that

b. how she was modeling clothes in front of me earlier in that day getting in all different positions. thats called sexual harassment on a minor!!!

c. then i asked them what day did she claim me and corey harassed her? funny that day i was in but corey was out cause he was taking a test for school.
seems like she just looked on the schedule to see was day we were all to work together and claimed that day. lol

in a matter of minutes a 17 year old pissed her lawsuit away. nothing like seeing that bitch get escorted out of the building by the police, crying going all crazy. i still laugh thinking about to this day.

Seeing as how you are in college, it probably won't do any good now, but she may be required by law to not schedule you on days that you have class.
