My 86 is leaking gas pretty bad. I found the leak, and it’s right under the air box. There are two metal fuel lines with rubber hoses. One of the hoses broke off and I tried jamming the rubber hose over the metal nipple part, but the pressure is so great, gas still sprays out everywhere. I have to get this fixed before I do anything. Lee (a friend) told me that there are some snap things that broke off that hold the rubber part to the metal part and I need to replace the fuel line? I forget, I had been drinking. Anyone know what I’m talking about? If so, do you have an idea what part I need to replace? I can go look at my car this weekend and snap pics of what part is leaking if needs be.
