im getting sick of having a slow car and no money. ive gotten beat by pretty much every car ive raced except my buddys iroc and a scirroco that i barely edged out. its pathetic and theres nothing i can do but sell it and buy a 1st gen dsm. just a little rant cause my car sucks, have a good day!

wrx, cts-v, and the slower cars ive raced ive maby put a couple cars on them. it just seems like it should be faster than it is.

your average fox is a high 14-16 second car. they are not fast stock or lightly modified these days.

And you solution is to buy a DSM You know they make less power stock than our 5.0s!?!?! (1st gen anyways)

Here is what IM thinking... what makes people THINK Dsm's are fast? Put whatever that is on your mustang and actually BE fast

You need heads, With the mods your car has, if its 5spd you should be in the mid to low 13 second range, somethigns not right.

mine is bone stock only a full exhaust and a 6psi vortech kit,now its not the fastest thing on the road but it'll hang with the best

There's also nitrous. It's kinda cheap untill you start filling up bottles like a crack head. 150 extra horses should put a smile on your face.

I just bought a 98 5.9L Jeep Grand Cherokee. I know I can hang with stock 5.0L's. And it's a grocery getter.

im sure it is at the track, but on the street its still just a mid 14 sec fox.

Sounds like something is holding you back in you'r setup, I also see you do not have a cam and you have stock heads. If you have the money and don't want to tear you'r engine down.. get a 255in tank pump.. a blower, a good tune, and be done with it! (OTHER OPINIONS MAY VARY! DONT FLAME ME!! THIS IS MY OPINION! LOL)
