I put it away last night with it running perfect and I went to start it to go to work and it fired but it would run like it was running off 2 cylinders and then it died after like 2 seconds exactly. If I restart it would do the same thing, but I got it to run back to normal but it would die after those 2 seconds are up, and sometimes if I kept it at like 1/4 throttle it would stay running nice n smooth but would die if I let the throttle down anymore. Basically it sounds like there's a loose connection somewhere because it will misfire like someone turns the key on and off reall quick and it's not the ignition switch.

Only codes I had are code 15, 56? and the others are smog and such I always had that isn't hooked up.

I heard 15 is from having a Tweecer (riight guys?) but I pulled the codes after I pulled the battery for a little, without the Tweecer on it and I still got code 15 so is this something else?? Also only the first time I got code I believe 56 and my scanner (tells you the definitions so u dont have to look em up) said no text could be displayed for this code, I looked it up on here and it said something about the TOT sensor? wtf is that? and the return signal wire has more volts than normal or something?

I am now looking at the PIP and TFI module but I read if the fuel pump is running while cranking they are good so that rules this out.

I put the car away running PERFECT I don't get what could happen overnight in less than 8 hours

HELP ME GUYS I NEED TO GET TO WORK! ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT!!

You need to check fuel press. I had a pump going bad on me and it acted similar. Just because the pump is running dosent mean its pumping enough fuel. You can take the TFI Module off and have it tested if you suspect it is bad.

code 15 is from the KAM memory..you get that when you remove the battery and erase the memory..
code 56 is a MAF error code voltage to high/short to power....
Which would explain you running issue.....

Thanks for all who replied I really appreciate it. Well, I was checking a bunch of things and cleaned off the J9? computer port and cleaned the best I could of the Tweecer terminals and lined up the pins exactly and pushed her in there. After that she fired right up to normal......Although I did this about 6 different times tonight I didn't line up the pins with my eye I always just got it in the middle of the board and pushed her home. Although this can't be the problem since it acted like this even without the Tweecer hooked up running on the stock tune. Actually ran better when it did, which was a leaner tune then what I have in my Tweecer tunes. But it's the next morning so I'll see if it starts or not, post back later.
