Hey guys... i recently did a mass air conversion on my 87 mustang. The car runs great... just... one problem.. I am getting like 10 MPG. I ran the scanner on my car, using every year, (89-93). Each year reading me something different. I was wondering is there some way to decode my computer to see what year it came from? The computer that is in the car is a A9P, i have an A9L for a spare.
Heres whats my computer says
EEC-IV SFI-MA12 32kEPROM
E9ZF-12A650-C2A A9P
6EC3912F03 11338-219 8H24
Can someone please help me figure out what year car this computer is from? So i know what code to go by from the scanner? Ive searched everywhere i cant find anything about it, except for the tech article on stangnet which just tells me its a automatic computer... Thanks!! Mike
