I have not had this happen. I turned the car on and went down under the dash, played with the copper line and noticed that in some positions the rattle is reduced. So i zip tied the sh1t out of the copper line, tied it to the water gauge line to keep it stiff. This seems to work and the noise has been almost eliminated.
