during my heads/cam/intake swap, i ran into a little problem. i run a aftermarket water temp gauge with the sensor in the stock water temp sensor location. so for some time i was running a dead factory water temp gauge.
i was transferring all the parts from my stock lower intake to my typhoon intake and noticed a threaded hole in one of the runners right above the water temp sensor. i had a spare water temp sensor laying around from another intake and it threaded in to the hole perfectly. attached the wire connector from the stock water temp gauge on to the sensor for ****s and giggles and voila.
atleast now i dont have a dead gauge and i can compare readings. how accurate is it? who know's.
