Wow!!!!! I've always been a Vette fan and I'm definitely getting one as my next car (maybe not the C5 or Z06, those are a lil too pricey for me ) Tell me, has anyone notice that Vettes are quiet? I RARELY if ever see one with an aftermarket exhaust system. Is it not as fashionable to have a loud Vette as it is to have a loud stang?

yeah i didnt either it is a very well behaved sports car. ride is very good, handles unbelievable like the hand of god is holding it down. and has very good power even in 6th gear it still pulls. i have driven them on short test drives before but this was all weekend. i found all new respect for these cars. it truely backs up its rep as an all around great car.

Vettes are very quite. The C6s are pretty loud with Borla exhaust but my friend has a C6 with h/c/i and magnaflow catback with LT headers and matching midpipe and the magnaflow is quite also.

I almost ordered a brand new 08 C6 and I must say Im glad I didn't. Everything on a Vette is computer controlled and can really hurt the performance of it. Tq Management kills the power of the car down low if its not removed and if you lower the tire pressure the car will start sounding alarms and hurt power. I will say this though the cars look and ride awsome and a nice C6 with a set of rims blows the Shelby out of the water looks wise. Im glad I bought my Lightning instead but evertime I see a clean C6 I think to myself I could have been driving that car.

-1 to whoever attached that front plate bracket. Go without it or at least get an aftermarket one that isn't a plastic brick.
