you can use the sn95 axles with ALL the stock sn95 brake stuff, the housings didnt change between the fox and the 94-98 (99-04 has longer axle tubes, and even longer axles). the sn axles ARE longer than the fox ones, so you need the proper wheel offset but it has been done before.
the other option is the ranger axles (or aftermarket 28-spline 5-lug, but at that point you might as well switch to a 31-spline carrier imo) and either nrc brackets OR use the sn brackets, cut a pie slice out, and stick it behind the axle tube flange on the other side (driver side goes to passenger, passenger side goes to driver, keep their orientation). either option may require some washers between the caliper and bracket to center the caliper over the rotor (production tolerances).
