And you have an auto...how hard could that possibly be to race consistently. Sure...being consistent on the tree is kind of difficult. BUT...being consistent on the tree and being consistent with you launch, shift points, and clutching/shifting action is a hell of a lot more difficult.

You need to read more and talk less around here young one.

And please don't put a 14.35 in your sig, the car has never been to a "track" and run that number in the real world.

ahhhhh, lol at this kid ,
Dude your kidding right,. Your car will NOT run a 14.3 at the dragstrip with what you have, not gonna happen. and you can rebuild your engine all you want, without a properly geared rearend, your not going anywhere. You try to explain bracket racing like its some new concept that nobody here knows about. YOU are too funny, man. You got a lot to learn and the only way your goin to get that aod to perform is with a good nonlockup converter and a good shift kit like bauman, or a valvebody. Without these things, your stock aod will be walked all over by stock 5 speeds. So get real, and start learning before you speak like an idiot. And dont call out 25thmustang, he has got more track time in reverse than you will prolly evey have in your life. lol. Your talking to a guy that runs 12's with mostly stock engine, your not talking to one of your 16 year old buddies who run 15's in the gutted civic's, or whatever you guys dyno/bracket race down there. And if you dont already know, you have to be a hell of a driver and know what your doing to get the times that 25th has with his car.
That is all, have a nice day

lol u must be one of those guys who thinks manual better than any autos being slow is not true. a gt with a shift kit will blow away a manual with pro driver. go to the formus or track and find out for yourself

You are so completely uneducated it hurts my brain to read your stupid comments.

You think your 50 dollar shift kit will beat a stock mustang with a 5 speed?
You need a hell of alot more than that to hang with a 5 speed my friend, a hell of a lot more than that.
