my paint needs help...please come in

ok my paint has many flaws and i want to see if anybody can help me out here are the probs:

1.hatch has water stains all over the back underneath the wing and by the lock.
2.the roof has fading and there is some small fading on the plastic piece rite above the driver side headlight.
3.there are small scratches pretty much all over the car,nuthing major jus little ones here and there.

any help would be very appreciated.thanks alot

High quality rubbing compound, like 3m and a high speed buffer.

Then wash the car and do the same process with wax.
