My new cobra has some issues HELP!

Just bought a 01 cobra with procharger kit and a TKO600 swap and a whole laundry list of others..... i got a few small issues i hope some of you guys might be able to help me out with. 1st is my check engine comes on if im going down the road for a few miles if im pulling 1800rpm or less.... comes up as a P1121 manufacturere air fuel contoller and rich on bank 1 and after a few more miles finally bank 2. it currently holds a SCT tune and i have software for it but have no freaking idea how to use it or should i just leave it alone? second issue is i cannot shift this thing from 1st to 2ed at all unless im pretending there is a cop behind me and otherwise i make myself look like a complete idiot grinding gears..... i have the stock tremec tranny and a whole bunch of other stuff should i just put it back in?

I can't say much on the air fuel controller issue. Although when a did a quick google search on code P1121. It came up with this "TP Sensor Inconsistent With MAF Sensor". I didn't find anything regarding the air fuel controller. So your TPS could be faulty?

If you want to learn more on your SCT, I am pretty sure there is lots of info over on the SCT website.

I have read before that the older TKO's have some problems with high rpm shifts, which doesn't jive well with the cobras 6800rpm rev limit. That or the 2nd gear synchro is worn.

Yeah im not sure about that code either my friend has s snap-on solus at work and is going to map it for me and as for SCT, i havent been able to get any help from them or jmschip.com wich is where the tune came from. So i dont know what to do. I know that being lean is worse then rich but rich still is not good..... i guess i will just drive it nice then over the winter i will have some things to work out. Does anyone know where i can buy the tool for doing pinion depth and where i can find a good write up on changing gears in the IRS?

That really sucks about the TKO but thats prety much what im limited too unless i build a steet/strip auto? i was on the phone with the guys from D&D performance and he said the same thing about 6200 is the limit and its most likely a bad synchro.
