MY NEW FLOWTECH EXHAUST

just got my exhaust done....flowtech longtube headers, X-pipe, and terminator mufflers.

good news: they sound, look and perform GREAT!!!

bad news: you will need to find a good weld shop and/or muffler shop for there will be a few tricky modifications for 89-93 mustangs.

all in all.....is worth every cent I paid for everything.

What tricky modifications were needed to make it fit??

the stock cross member for the tranny and exhaust hangers had to be cut out a bit, the set up out of the box is too short so some intermediate pipes had to be made and installed, and the ends of the mufflers had to be cut off to make everything fit just right. even with all that, the passenger side muffler is still right up against the frame and 1/2 inch away from the drive shaft. some turn-down tail pipes were added at the end. no pipe work going over the axles either, everything is forward of the rear wheels.
