My newly aquired 1993 5.0 LX

Bought it bone stock with 65k miles on it a couple months ago from the original owner.
So far the mods i have done are:
frpp 8.8 axle assembly w/ 373's
frpp "c" springs (cut 1 coil off rears)
frpp aluminum driveshaft
Rear upper and lower control arms
kyb shocks and struts all the way around
k&n filter
Mac o/r h pipe
flowmaster 40 catback

thanks guys. yeah someone told me that an intact black interior is hard to come by.
I paid 6500 bucks for the car. Some say i got robbed but honestly, i would have paid 8 for it.

Sounds like a reasonable price for a mint 93 lx with low mileage. I paid $5800 for my 37k mile black 88 lx hatch.

I don't think you got robbed at all. you got the car you wanted for money you were willing to pay - so i say you did damned good. good looking fox, the interior is gorgeous. i've been looking for a second fox body but around here they are scarce and expensive. great find.

thanks. I always wanted an lx. Back in 92 I used to have a 90 gt. Now that i have an lx i think i like the gt again. Maybe buy the cobra body kit so i can keep the straight duals? Or would that be stupid and just suck it up?

Thats your call. I bought a 93LX in Sept 2003 with 19,000 miles on it for 6200. I want a 5spd now. Same year but I want one of each. AOD/5spd

lol. Its pretty big with a big ass heater. I live in that garage. Thats why i sold the 03 cobra and bought the fox because i like to tear cars apart and build them better. With the cobra i was too busy making payments rather than buying performance parts
you could prolly get at least 4 cars in there if there was another door. There is more space behind me where i took the pic

heres the cobra. I never really liked it. U know why? cause its not easy to work on

Sweet fox man. As weird as it sounds, I also love the look of your garage/driveway. Any pictures of the house? The older brick look inside the garage reminds me of houses back in IL. Here in FL, every damn house looks the same, is less than 20 years old, and has no character.

thanks man. Ill have to scan some photos of the house later. the house itself is well over a hundred years old. The garage used to be hore stalls. If you look close you can see where the old dividers where.
i see ur running stock long blong. does that mean stock intake , heads , and cam too?
