Been lurking here for too long, finally joined. Original 95 Cobra I picked up 3 years ago, I changed the trunk and rear bumper but I have stored the original pieces. I intended to drive it for a lot longer before tearing it up but the original engine didn't cooperate with me, a head gasket was junk, and then it developed a bad lifter tick, and was leaking from almost every seal.

She now has a dart 8.2 block, 347 ci with a 4.125" bore. Unusual combination and I really would have liked a 363 but I bought someone else's blown up motor project and it came with a brand new forged 3.25" stroke crank so I used it. AFR185 heads, Trick Flow R intake, FTI cam.

My T5z wasn't going to last behind the new combo so she has a T56 magnum now.

I'm running megasquirt 3 and it's yet to be perfect, I'm having a MS3 to TFI communication issue. While I built the motor, I installed 64bit's crank position sensor, so I'm ready to go with a coil pack electronic ignition. My original thought (and budget!) was to not change too much all at once, with marginal results.

Next year I have to build up the rear end, change wheels and tires, MM K member, and I'm hoping to throw a turbo on. I built the motor to about 9:1 compression so I can use pump gas. I do have E85 but it's a trip for me and I'd like to daily the car without worrying storing fuel.

I'm not going to run any spacers out back, as far as I know the correct backspacing for sn95 rear is 6.5". I plan to delete the quad shock, upgrade all the control arms and roll the fenders to fit a tire back there. The front may need a small spacer if I go coilovers with a the kmember upgrade I want.
