Hey, new question. Those of you with black interiors, whose cars did not come stock black, what did you do to restore the interior.

I've toyed around with painting a few different parts with different paints.

I have done the shifter bezel with Krylon and Krylon Plastic paint, and both seem to scratch really easily.

Anyone have any advice on paints?

be sure to prep very well, its probably the most important step

i think if you check the tech articles they have a interior paint walkthrough

i used rubbing alcohol to wipe everything down

Mine had a red interior...

Prep, prep, prep, and prep again..

I used SEM Cleaner, degreaser, and paints. Door panels are from 5.0 resto. Dash, console and rear quarter plastics are painted with the SEM paint.

SEM is what I was considering. Did it turn out well? Where did you buy the paints?
