Hey, how's Brian doing - he was in a pretty bad car accident not so long ago. Hope he is recovering quickly.

That is true. I would probably miss having a stick in my V8 car alot more if it were not for my 4 banger car. That little turd is just fast enough to be fun.

I do gotta say though, I cant wait to see how you're car does when you get her all up and running. Should be pretty baddass.

I have a Brand new Spec stage II in there right now, Just broke in prefect. In traffic for more than 10 minutes it does suck!, but man it works perfect so far. Its rated at 520lbs trq.

EJ- I'm gonna have to invest in one of those 2.3 turbos next just for gas milage, but still have a little power.

You're gonna need more clutch than that. I went through quite a few different clutches trying to find one to handle the torque of the turbo motor. The stage III was the best one imo and as a matter of fact I am on my 2nd stage III in my 4 banger car.
Oh and if you do end up doing a 2.3t car let me know. I will help ya with whatever I can. One key thing that makes life alot easier is getting a non-mass air car (87-mid year 90).

Matt, if you need more clutch let me know. I have something that I can make you a smoking deal on.

Is the engine a stroker? What block did you get?

awesome, I had a turbo 2.3 block I gave away later last year too, the all important turbo drain hole,.... I'll let you know for sure. Thats aways away though. I'm just focusing on getting this turbo car ready for a CCC.

The spec II will have to work. I still have a stock fuel system so that should only last till 5-600 hp anyways. Clutch should last till then.
