My Window Isn't Working! Please Help

I have a 2006 mustang, and I accidently locked my keys in my car, so I made a bad choice a took a pocket knife to the window to open it just enough to stick a hanger in there to unlock it, I got my keys! Well now the window will not roll up or down, I have had motor tested, switch tested, fuses tested alignment looked at and my door completely taken apart and still nothing. I have read some places that the door/window seal could actually have something to do with this? The window will not even adjust the inch it should when opening and closing the door it however shakes at high speeds and this causes the window to somewhat to slide down but no more then a small small bit just to be annoyed by the whistling of the wind you can also push the window towards the out side of the car and stick your finger threw the gap with the door closed where I inserted the knife
