mystery wire, where does this go?? pic

i just found this while messing with my firewall adjuster. i have idea where it goes but i know its been unpluged the whole time ive owned the car. it looks like a ground that goes on the end of a stud or something. thanks!

It clips onto the top of the screws for the valve covers. It's a ground.

Just slid it onto one of the threads on the valve cover bolts.

You guys is wrong! It goes on that fuel rail stud to the left of it in the pic, grounds the fuel rails.

Still a ground...slide it onto one of the fuel rail bolts.

It needs to go on the fuel rail. Valve cover bolts might work, but since you have a plastic intake your fuel rails arent grounded to the block.

and thats what i thought it went on, thats that only thing it reaches to.

ohh, right. i wasnt sure what he meant. so it really didnt even need to be plugged in then.

lol after my pi intake swap i plugged that into a stud on my valve cover... learn somethin new every day...
