Name that balancer ???

Hey guys.... Can anyone help me figure out the below??? looks like it would bottom out on the timing cover on a Fox or SN95...

Check the pic.... Left is stock balancer, Right is a Romac, Middle is an Ford Motorsport. Why a 1" difference in height??? Does this require a 1" spacer or is it for another motor??

With the way the crank pulley bolt area looks, it looks like it's for another engine.
