What could I do to make my car lose some weight? Spare, jack, sound system. Dogbone after gears, but where is the damn bone, I have been looking for it and can't find it. My car doesn't seem to have that weight in the fender but can someone describe it for me just to make sure it isn't there.

try atkins, it has really helped alot of people.

i'm just kidding

well you have to let us know if you plain on drive it daily. cause if not you could strip the interior, take out the a/c, rip out the dash and put in a sheet metal one. go with all lighter upper and lower control arms, alumin drive shaft, pull all of your windows out and replace them with speedglass or lexan, do a whole alumin. engine. change every exterior body panel for a fiber glass or carbon fiber. lighter rims, acid dip the whole uni-body. take out gas tank and replace with fuel cell.

i might of missed something, but that should have you flying in the wind.

Most things taken out to reduce weight seem to be torwards the back of the car. For a daily driver does this just sorta hurt, becuase now you're getting even less traction out back?

Out of curiousity does anyone know the weight distrabution of our cars?

Removing weight from the front of the car would help the car perform overall IMO right?
