I agree custom mainly because they arn't that much more than a good OTS cam. Looking at other people's sigs can help. Those with the Comp 270's and Crower 15115 (I think) seem to be rather happy with them. If your on a budget, maby a TFS Stage 1.
 
He probably got confused - perhaps it has titanium valve spring retainers (although they're pricey, and overkill on an engine like that); but I don't know of anyone making valve springs for these engines out of titanium. That ought to insure that 15 people will post with pricing, availability and part numbers for titanium springs. Next time you have your valve covers off - take a magnet to your springs and retainers. Both are likely to be steel.

How are you using the car? What are your desires for where the power is made? How much low end torque are you willing to sacrifice for how much top end power? Is it a daily driver? Do you have to pass emissions testing? How important is idle quality? What kind of fuel mileage do you want? How important are good cold-start characteristics? Your cam choice can have a noticeable impact in all these areas - so these things need to be thought through before selecting a cam. My only counsel would be to stay conservative. There are many folks out there with aftermarket cams who have a lumpy idle (which they seem to like) and a slight gain in power above 3500 rpm, and the price they pay for that is much worse fuel economy, bucking/chugging whenever they ask the engine to work a little in a higher gear below 2000 rpm, terrible street manners - and lower AVERAGE power from idle to 5000 rpm. The cam is the one of the most complex selections in the set up to get correct. Go here and read if you really want to understand how it does what it does, and why the selection is not optimized (i.e. - screwed up) so often in street cars.

thank you for the long response, the car is bot a daily driver, it's like a street/strip and some car shows along the way. so I would like it to maintain fairly good driveability even If I have to sacrifice a bit of power gain.
