need a little help......E303 guys

what valve springs are yall running...apparently the stock ones aren't good enough because i put the cam in with a new timing chain about 6 months ago and now i developed a tapping in the top end...so when i tore my intake and valve covers off i could push the valve springs down by hand!! and not to mention my stem seals were gone....any help would be greatly appreciated...

GT-40p heads with crane 1.6 roller rockers btw

My cam specs are pretty close to the E303, I'm running the Comp 942 dampened springs. They should be close to perfect for the E303.
