Need a little help please Raleigh area

I need to get my car inspected and it doesn't have cats, anyone know of a place near raleigh or Lillington that will inspect.

Find someone to borrow a stock H-pipe from for inspection time. And this one has to be locked down now, because we don't condone illegal activity.
