Today I checked and made sure all the spark plugs were within torque specs, I am worried about a plug blow out.

Anyway, someone before me on one of the coil packs, rounded off the 7mm brass bolt head slightly, and when i tightened it, i finished the job. The bolt is on their tight however now it is rounded off and has to be loosened with vice grips, I cannot find a replacement part listing anywhere.

Does anyone know where I could get one of these bolts, I have looked everywhere online and cannot find anything.

Thanks

Might call some local salvage yards and see if you can find one there. If you want to use that exact type of bolt, you will likely have to get it from a dealership otherwise.

if you can't get one from the ford parts department, I would just take one of the good bolts off, go to the local hardware store match the metal, threads and length off the bolt.
