I havent seen or found a post about it. How would I find out my cars build date and number? Is there a site on the net that could find out?

Look under your

floor piece in the trunk. This is piece of wood like material covered on the top with the trunk carpeting. (The piece that covers your spare) You will find a little white sticker with the build date on your car.

You can also call Ford with your VIN and they will give that info to you...for freeeeee

I lost the authenticity card that came with my '04 Cobra. After much frustration trying to get info from Ford, I called 800-fordstv. After I gave the customer service guy my vin, he gave me the build number and the build date. He is also sending me an authenticity card. If the card is a replacement it's $40. If it's your first request, it's free. By the way, they answer the phone "Ford Performance".
