Anyone have a mailing address or even e-mail address for the Ford Corporation Customer Support/complaint?
I'm sick of waiting for my tranny to get fixed. I'll have to fire away a couple of letters. Don't know if it'll do any good, but I gotta try.

i thought it was onther site if not call & get it. i had some trouble with my tranny a while back, i let them get away with being slow for a little while. but then i got pissed started calling the dealer & ford at least every other day, before you know it they shipped a new tranny from the assembly line down

well it got fixed, by the way of a new tranny & everything has been fine. but i was really wanting them to do "the fix" on the old one so i knew it was aight, & not possibly getting another messed up one. but oh well i'm fine now
