for the exhaust save ur money and go with a dr gas x pipe and the catback i like the spintech prostreets. they sound super sick with the dr gas x pipe and plus not many people run them.
i wouldnt mess with headers yet unless u can find a cheap set of shorties used or something.
the upper and lower intake manifold is a great bang for buck upgrade. i went with a typhoon that i found used on ebay for like 220 bucks. a trickflow track heat will do just as good without giving up low end torque. the gt40 intake is ok but i would go with one of the eddy performer rpm or the trickflow. with budget in mind maybe go with the typhoon. ive seen mixed emotions with those but mine has been great.
the cai will help a lil bit. i used to have a cheap ebay one but built my own for the same money and it works much much better. i did notice a difference between the two. i put the filter and maf in the fender with minimal bends.
pullies work ok, i havent done gears yet just for gas mileage but they are in the works for sure. traction as is already limited i can only imagine what it will be like with the gears.
also if the car doesnt already have it, get some lowering springs to make the stance more aggressive.
