Need advise on fixing my Mustangs

Hello, I am working on a few mustangs. I got mine for $275 total because the car was damaged and was at a government lein sale, which was a good thing becase I'm learning to work on cars. I have one problem though, I am in Sacramento, but the shop that I am working on them in is in Vellijo, and I don't have all the proper tools to get them fixed.

Here's what my car is (and what the shape it's in):

3sp mt
Pony Interior and deluxe model to add, plus a/c

The car was wrecked around 1977 (last register date) and I'm having to take the front clip off and replace it with another from a donor car which is also a wrecked car, but only to the driver side. I was wondering because I do not have a rotisory(?) to cut the sub-frame off and no money to buy one, does anyone have an ideas as to what I could do? Please let me know... thanks!
