finished the motor re-build and started on the 3rd try. did some timing adjustments and had an oil leak out of the front of the cam, seal was not seated good and had to tighten the oil pan bolts. car runs perfect. put a new clutch in also with pressure plate.my question is, when i go in first it only goes to 3000 rpms,then shifts and only goes to 3000,then 3rd and can get it to 4000.its lagging power so we checked it wot and its like the signal to the injectors are cutting the pulse signal off like the computer wont give it no more fuel. i dont get it i know these cars are known for hauling @ss. car originally came with 14" wheels with 195/70/r14, i am running 15" wheels with 205/70/r15 on the front and 205/75/r15's on the rear, and i believe running a 2:72 gear in the rear(would like to put a 3:45 in) anyone have any input? am going to try to p[osts these 2 pics. thanks
