need bell housing help

I have a question i have a t5 bellhousing out of a 95 gt that i was going to use in my fox with a super coupe tranny but a buddy of mine said that the bellhousing wont work something about the input shaft. I put a fox tranny in my sn95 and used the sn95 bellhousing anyhelp would help THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Sn 95's have a long input shaft. not sure about the supercoupe.
