need body repair help

hi new guy here i dont really know where to post this but i have some minior damge on my tail light harness from a "fender bender" can anyone tell me how and what tools i need to remove the threat bolts or what ever they are called that hold the tail light harness to the rear quarter pannels i have already removed all the bolts that i saw that screwed of now all im left with is what i thought where tack weld but was informed that they where threat bolts and i would like to know what tools i need and what i need to do to get the light harness off in order to replace it

I have only the slightest idea of what you are describing, but I would suggest for you to get a hold of a CHILTON manual for your car, which should have all the info you need.
