need clutch recommendations for 03 GT it's my DD
im noticing that if i put it in N press the clutch i can here what i can best describe as similar to a bad water pump or power steering pump pilot or throughout bearing?
it shifts good im just going to drive it till spring by then i'll be ready for addressing problem
OBTW it has the original factory clutch in it 90k on the clock this is why im also replacing clutch.

so my questions are

1 which clutch has soft paddle pressure and a handle 75-100 shot juice + long life
without braking the bank ?

2 what would also be a good idea to replace when replacing clutch ?

I'm on a newer stock replacement (Luk) and it seems fine with the blower. Then again, I've only got 245s on the back and they tend to break loose in the lower gears fairly easily. Not sure what would happen if I bolted on some drag-radials and dumped the clutch at 4000RPM. Since that's not going to happen, OE is fine for me.

But for a 100-shot I'd think the OE clutch would be fine and it would deliver on the pedal pressure requirement.

When doing the clutch, obviously the disc and pressure plate but also do the release bearing (the noise you're hearing), the pilot bearing is a good idea and resurface the flywheel. Make sure the dowel pins in the flywheel used to locate the clutch cover are returned to their proper locations after resurfacing or you'll likely get a nasty vibration. Things like the release arm and pivot need to be assessed for wear once the trans is out of the car.
