Need coil over help (Length, lbs. ?)

I have a friend that used a 130lbs spring at 14" in length in a car that is very close to what I'm running. What are you guys running. It will be 80% track(1/4) mile, and 20% street. It weighs in at 2900 w/ me and is a Iron headed 5.0. Input is need. Please help.

I have a set of ModMustangRacing coilovers on the front of my coupe, got em from a classified ad on corral. I got they're drag setup 14" 175# spring. Dont have any 60' times yet but the car handles nice still. I had an issue fitting 98 GT wheels on there with stock tires, tire was rubbing the spring so thats something to look out for if your runnin wider wheels. not sure if this is a common problem though.
