Need coil spring recommendations.

I just got Lakewood 90/10 drag shocks and Competition Engineering subframe connectors, and now I'm thinking about some good springs to also help on launch.
Does anyone have any recommendations, on brand, or rate, or anything like that?

For the front just put some new 6 cyl springs on it. I was going to do that on mine and was told to go with the small V8 springs because of the big block. So I bought new Small V8 no a/c springs. I have the 90/10's and am working on control arms and saddles.

I took 6 cylinder springs off of it when I did my motor/tranny/suspension swap. When they were on there with my 351w, the car would nose dive everytime I hit the brakes, bad enough that the fender would rub the top of some 195/60/14's, that were on there at the time.

Would the 90/10's keep it from nose diving like that with the 6 cylinder springs?

This is what i would like to do this summer. I need to get my car to launch, i have no wieght transfer when i launche. Does anybody make variable rate springs. That is what i want. I want it to pick up the front yet still corner well. (not literaly pick teh front up, although that would be sweet

YES! Eibach makes them and a couple of people sell them. Variable rate in three different rates. I think Cobra Automotive has them.

Well the 90/10's are a race only shock. So they are ok for slowing down the nose dive after being extended. But at normal ride they will not help much. If you took off the springs that came on it, depending on milage on the car they could have been worn out. I'm not sure the small block ones I bought will not cause the same problem with the weight of my engine? But that was the ones that everybody said go with. So we will see. If I was doing a small block I would have gone with the 6 cyl springs.
