Need Diablosport help fast!!!

I just bought a predator and its saying there is already tune installed in vehicle so the predator wont install a tune. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the old tune? Or do I have to take my car back to ford? And what is the verification option for under the options??? thanks

did you buy it used? ive heard of problems with them people sell them with tunes still installed on their vehicle so it wont do it until you put the stock tune on the original vehicle or something to that effect.

Since the previous owner did not uninstall it, you have a datalogger and an OBD-II code reader in your hands. You can send it to Diablosport and they can reset it for a fee.
